Financial Downturn 'Causing Health Problems, Really? No one tell my ucler this'

Hospital room (Denmark, 2005)Image via WikipediaFinancial Downturn 'Causing Health Problems': "Increased stress and related illnesses may be a side effect of Britain's economic troubles, it has been revealed.

Three-quarters of Britons are concerned that the credit crunch will have a negative impact on their health and wellbeing as well as their personal finances, new research shows. According to the health and care company Bupa, 90 percent of people expect money worries to lead to increased stress, while four in five believe they may cause stress-related illness."

Well this isn't directly law related, but it sure is gonna make my ulcer worse! And people are saying we have not even bottomed out yet. I do not think I can take anymore negative news :(

Can we plan out these immigrations raids better please?

A Helicopter and two boats of the U.S.Image via WikipediaSamantha Henry from the AP reported on Thursday..."With federal authorities stepping up immigration enforcement raids across the country, Sens. Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts and Robert Menendez of New Jersey are sponsoring a bill to protect the rights of U.S. citizens and legal residents who get caught up in them....

....The two Democratic lawmakers argue that the raids are often conducted in a sweeping fashion that nets lawful residents and American citizens who happen to be working alongside undocumented immigrants. Those who can't produce papers such as a birth certificate or passport proving U.S. citizenship or legal residency are often detained."
Some of these raids are getting out of hand. I myself am afraid of being deported by accident, lol

I barely remember any spanish from highschool and even if i did, i would still get passed around like currency in Mexico, lol

OJ is guilty...Your Legal Ulcer Should Feel A Bit Better Now.

NBC Sports commentator and former professional...Image via Wikipedia

Stacy writes....

OJ Simpson was recently found guilty on his most recent set of charges and no one screamed in surprise? Why you ask? Simply because everyone expected it. You can't do something that heinous to your ex wife and her lover (allegedly, yeah right!) and expect to be able to live with yourself. He has been trying to confess his sins for years via interviews and shady novels entitled "IF I DID IT." This is a man that is looking for penance. It has reached a point where I almost, ALMOSTdon't misquote me, feel sorry for OJ.
He has basically been living the last years of his life bitter, paranoid, and scared of his own shadow. He has lost everything including his self respect, his fame, his fortune, and his career. The only thing left for him to lose was his his freedom. Now he can have his penance and maybe just maybe after a few years he can begin to forgive himself. The families of the deceased have finally got due justice and we can only hope that the OJ's children don't end up to screwed up from "issues" with their father!
