Google Looses Small Case and Hopefully Learns Lesson

Aaron Greenspan: Why I Sued Google (and Won): "'Google can terminate your account for any reason,' she told me.

'Not any reason,' I said. 'Not because I have blue eyes. Or brown eyes.'"

I am glad Aaron fought back on this one. Google's policies definitely need some reworking. They have grown too big too fast and the little guy once again got lost in the fray.

GOOGLE (GOOG): You better be keeping records if you are going to be handing out penalties like a trigger happy cowboy!

They need to be clearer maybe. They should also allow for some type of user testing, as I sometimes see things in my Google ads that I want to click on because I'm interested, not because I'm trying to screw the system and get some extra change. But I fear doing so as it may mess up my account.
