I'...This seems like a settlement waiting to happen. I'm actually surprised no one has pursued a law suit like this sooner. There have already been cases for male cheerleaders and female football players (and not just on sitcoms either), so this seems like a logical progession. Hooters is an easy target since they nearly serve the same function as strippers but are still technically waiters.
