Think Godzilla's Scary? Meet His Lawyers | Threat Level from Wired.com: "Godzilla is a pussycat compared to the coterie of lawyers and investigators in Los Angeles and Japan who aggressively protect the radioactive behemoth from anyone who dares to appropriate his lizardly image for profit."
When you have to sue everyone possible over your 50 year old idea which is embedded into our culture then you are probably going to be extinct just like the creature itself. I wonder if they will send me a cease and desist letter for mentioning their tired character, lol
In addition, using the likeness of Godzilla in advertising and marketing campaigns is not an innovative or memorable idea. It is trite, tired, over done, boring......
Well, at least those two lawyers have jobs and seem to be having fun.
